Our faculty member, Dr. Divya Kannan, organised an international conference on Childhood, Youth, and Identity in South Asia, bringing together doctoral scholars and early career researchers to discuss themes ranging from literature to statistics. The Department of History, SNU, collaborated with the Centre for Publishing, Ambedkar University Delhi to organise the event, along with a conference grant from the Society for the History of Childhood and Youth. The keynote lecture was delivered by Dr. Karen Vallgarda, Associate Professor, SAXO Institute, University of Copenhagen on 'Entangled Childhoods and the Power of Emotions'.
